1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply to all reservations and agreements made with House Rhodopi, located at Nieuwstraat 32, 9990 Maldegem. By making a reservation, you declare that you agree to these terms and conditions and our house rules.
2. Reservations & Payments
Reservations are only final after confirmation via email. We ask for punctuality; the reserved time slot starts and ends at the agreed time. Arriving late will result in a shorter wellness session without a refund.
- Bookings can be made online via our website.
- Payment is made upon booking or on location (as per selected method).
- Prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, due to the private nature of our wellness, late cancellations affect our schedule significantly.
- More than 48 hours in advance: Free cancellation or rescheduling.
- Between 48 and 24 hours: 50% of the booking fee will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours or No-Show: The full amount will be charged.
4. House Rules
To ensure a relaxing experience for everyone and maintain our high standards of hygiene, we ask guests to observe the following rules:
- Hygiene: Taking a shower before using the facilities is mandatory. Using a towel in the sauna and on relaxation beds is required.
- Food & Drinks: It is not permitted to consume your own food or alcoholic beverages. Water, coffee, and tea are provided complimentary.
- Conduct: House Rhodopi is a place of rest. Please respect the serene atmosphere. Sexual acts are strictly prohibited.
- Oils: Adding your own essential oils to the sauna heater or jacuzzi is not allowed.
5. Liability
House Rhodopi cannot be held liable for accidents, physical injury, or material damage caused by improper use of the facilities. The use of the wellness center is entirely at your own risk. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the infrastructure during their visit.
6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
7. Privacy
We value your privacy. Personal data collected during booking is used solely for administrative purposes and will never be shared with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
